Buyer or Attendees

Select Tickets: On the event listing, choose the number of tickets you want, then click "Checkout" or "Register." Enter Details: Complete any required information, then tap "Place Order" or "Register." Complete Order: If you're logged in, your details may be auto-filled from your Pamevent profile. Click “Pay Now” or “Register” to finalize the order. Receive Confirmation: Access your tickets in your dashboard, save the PDF, and also a confirmation email is also sent to the email you used at registration.

Update Profile Information: Adjust your profile image, first name, or last name. To change your email address or password, please go to your Customer Dashboard

If you need assistance, go to your dashboard, click on "Support Ticket" in the left menu, and submit your request. Our support team will promptly address and resolve your issue.

After purchasing your ticket, you'll receive an email confirmation with your PDF ticket attached. Simply download it and bring it to the event—either printed or saved on your phone. You can also log in to your account, go to your Dashboard, and download your ticket from the event booking section.

Pamevent offers a self-service platform for event organizers to sell tickets directly to attendees and does not take part in organizing or managing events. Pamevent may charge a non-refundable processing fee for each ticket, which is displayed at checkout. In case of event cancellation or dissatisfaction with event quality, Pamevent is not responsible for any loss or damages. Refund requests should be directed to the Event Organizer, who is responsible for their own terms of sale.
